An Allied Health company was referred to Lipman James to represent their employee whose Temporary Short Skilled visa was due to expire in a few weeks.

Lipman James was able to expediate the process and approval for the medical practitioner was granted via the Employer Nomination Scheme within weeks of commencing the application process. A positive and successful outcome for all.

After receiving two refusals for a Temporary Short Skills, an Events company was referred to Lipman James to apply for a TSS 482 visa for a Marketing Executive.

They engaged Lipman James who was successful in obtaining a positive outcome for their employee. This employee subsequently used our services again and is currently awaiting the outcome of the Permanent Residency application under the Employer Nomination Scheme pathway.

Antonio arrived in Australia from Italy on a working holiday visa. After working in the construction industry for two years he was offered sponsorship for 2 year on a Temporary Skilled Work visa by his then employer. Lipman James was requested by the second sponsor to arrange a new Temporary Skilled Work visa for a further two years.

Whilst here, he met his Australian partner. Lipman James subsequently applied for permanent residency via the Spousal/Partner pathway and is now an Australian permanent resident.
